All seafood sold by Shrimpwreck Seafood Co. is perishable. Once the product is picked up or delivered to you, you assume full responsibility for proper storage, handling, and cooking. Shrimpwreck Seafood Co. is not liable for spoilage, illness, or quality issues resulting from improper handling or delayed refrigeration.

2. Pickup & Delivery
Customers must arrive at the agreed-upon pickup time/location. If a customer is late and the product sits unrefrigerated, Shrimpwreck Seafood Co. is not responsible for quality changes or spoilage. Unclaimed orders may be discarded for safety; no refunds or replacements will be provided.

3. Accuracy of Information
Customers agree to provide accurate contact and order information. Shrimpwreck Seafood Co. is not responsible for lost communication, missed pickups, or delays caused by incorrect customer information.
