Shrimpwreck Seafood Co. sells fresh, wild-caught North Carolina seafood directly to customers. All products are perishable and must be handled, stored, and cooked according to safe food-handling guidelines. Once the product is picked up or delivered to the customer, Shrimpwreck Seafood Co. is not responsible for spoilage, improper storage, or any adverse reactions related to the handling, preparation, or consumption of seafood.
Customers are responsible for checking for allergies and ensuring that all seafood is cooked to a safe internal temperature. By purchasing from Shrimpwreck Seafood Co., the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges the inherent risks associated with consuming raw or undercooked seafood.

Refund Policy 

All Sales Are Final.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh seafood, Shrimpwreck Seafood Co. does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.  


If you believe an error occurred in the quantity you received, you must notify us within 1 hour of receiving your order so we can review the issue and handle on a case by case basis.
